Pembangkang dengki rekod cemerlang Musa Aman

Bajet 2013 negeri Sabah yang dibentangkan oleh Datuk Seri Musa Aman baru-baru ini jelas memberikan penekanan kepada program-program bertujuan memakmurkan negeri dan mengukuhkan kesejahteraan rakyat selain mengambil kira cabaran masa kini dan ketidaktentuan ekonomi global. Sesuai dengan temanya "penyatuan usaha ke arah kesejahteraan rakyat yang berterusan", bajet negeri kali ini menyaksikan peningkatan sebanyak RM40 juta berbanding RM4.048 bilion sebelum ini.

Kemampuan kerajaan negeri Sabah mengumumkan bajet terbesar dalam sejarah negeri ini membuktikan kerajaan negeri pimpinan Datuk Musa Aman sentiasa mengamalkan pengurusan berhemah dalam setiap perbelanjaan dan juga hasil negeri. Tidak seperti negeri-negeri Pakatan Rakyat yang mana jumlah bajet yang diluluskan oleh kerajaan pembangkang di Pulau Pinang tidak sampai RM1 bilion, begitu juga dengan di Selangor, jumlah bajet mereka tahun ini hanya sekitar RM1.6 bilion.

Dibawah pentadbiran kerajaan negeri Barisan Nasional,  hasil negeri Sabah berjaya ditingkatkan dari RM1.2 bilion pada tahun 2001 kepada RM4.36 bilion tahun lepas. Rizab tunai negeri juga meningkat daripada RM100 juta pada 2001 kepada RM3.3 bilion pada tahun lepas.

Laporan Ketua Audit Negara juga mengakui bahawa Sabah sebagai salah satu negeri yang memiliki rekod terbaik dalam pengurusan kewangan serta berjaya mengekalkan Sijil Tanpa Teguran selama 12 tahun berturut-turut. Selain itu, Sabah juga berjaya mengekalkan penarafan tertinggi ‘AAA’ oleh RAM Rating Services Berhad selama 4 tahun berturut-turut kerana kedudukan fiskal negeri yang mantap dengan lebihan yang berterusan, serta mendapat persijilan ISO 9001:2008 oleh Moody International untuk pengurusan bajet negeri yang efisien dan teratur bagi tempoh 4 tahun berturut-turut.

Disebalik semua penghargaan ini, masih ada pihak yang tidak henti-henti menghasut rakyat melalui pembohongan dan fitnah bagi menimbulkan kebencian rakyat terhadap kerajaan yang selama ini terbukti berjaya membangunkan negara/negeri ini. Niat jahat mereka bukan untuk menegakkan kebenaran, sebaliknya untuk menumbangkan kerajaan sedia ada semata-mata untuk memuaskan nafsu politik pihak tertentu yang selama ini sangat mengidam jawatan kabinet persekutuan.

Salah satu fitnah terhebat yang sedang dimainkan oleh mereka hari ini ialah berkenaan dengan tuduhan rasuah dan penggubahan wang haram melibatkan nilai RM40 juta. Walaupun siasatan SPRM dan ICAC mendapati tidak wujud unsur-unsur rasuah melibatkan Datuk Musa Aman dalam kes "sumbangan politik" ini, namun pembangkang tetap konsisten mengangkat pembohongan mereka mengatasi kredibiliti siasatan pihak yang lebih arif berhubung dengan jenayah rasuah ini.

Pembangkang mungkin boleh mempertikaikan kredibiliti siasatan SPRM, namun tidak untuk ICAC. Pembangkang sendiri mengakui bahawa ICAC adalah satu badan siasatan yang sangat dihormati. Malah, menurut Datuk Rahman Dahlan, beliau sendiri telah banyak kali mendengar di Parlimen dimana pembangkang sendiri memuji ICAC sebagai sebuah agensi pembanterasan rasuah yang terbaik.

Malangnya, apabila hasil siasatan ICAC yang selama ini dipuji dan dihormati oleh mereka menyebelahi Datuk Musa Aman, pembangkang tanpa segan silu melabelkan hasil siasatan itu sebagai "diragui". 

Peliknya, ketika pembangkang menuduh Datuk Musa Aman "merompak" dan memusnahkan hutan di Sabah, mereka lupa bahawa hanya dibawah pimpinan Datuk Musa Aman, barulah kerja-kerja konservasi hutan giat dilaksanakan di negeri ini. 

Malah atas cadangan Datuk Musa Aman juga, Dewan Undangan Negeri telah meluluskan rang undang-undang menyekat sebarang bentuk pembangunan di sepanjang pinggir laut Kota Kinabalu, yang berkeluasan 1.555 hektar, dari Tanjung Aru ke Teluk Likas.

Berdasarkan rekod cemerlang Datuk Musa Aman, timbul satu kemungkinan kuat bahawa BN sekali lagi akan memperolehi kemenangan besar di Sabah pada pilihan raya umum ke-13 nanti, maka tidak hairanlah jika beliau menjadi sasaran pembangkang dalam waktu-waktu kritikal seperti ini

  1. Pembangkang tidak akan senang dengan projek2 dan program2 kerajaan buat untuk rakyat.

    1. bila ada projek mega yang bakal menguntungkan rakyat, pembangkang lebih dulu akan menghasut rakyat supaya membantah projek2 itu.. bila tidak ada projek, pembangkang tuduh pula kerajaan kononnya gagal membangunkan negeri.. sedangkan merekalah yang asyik membantah projek2 pembangunan yang hendak dilaksanakan oleh kerajaan..

  4. jangan salahkan pembangkang....sepatut nya korang bersyukur la lahirnya pembangkang....jika pembangkang tiada. kerajaan akan terus leka dri tangungjawab mereka....lahirnya pembangkang bt kerajaan buka mata buka telinga turun padang tgok nasib rakyat...jika tiada yg membantah pasti ahli2 kerajaan tdur lena di atas kekayaan mereka..dan rakyat hdup sengsara...fikirlah sendiri contohnya, jika kta pengedar dadah paling terbesar di dunia...dan tiada org bertindak atau membantah...kita akan terus menjadi kaya..ini lah yg berlaku dlm kerajaan skrg.

    1. cuma masalahnya, pembangkang hari ini sudah keluar dari landasan mereka.. baik buruk, semuanya dibangkang.. tuduh pihak lain rasuah, sedangkan mereka sendiri lebih teruk rasuahnya.. minta kerajaan jelaskan itu ini, sedangkan mereka sendiri enggan menjelaskan dari mana datangnya sumber dana untuk menyewa jet mewah dan membeli bas mewah..

  5. bukalah mata luas2.. jangan hanya melihat kepada nama "pembangkang" maka kesimpulannya apa sahaja yang mereka lakukan adalah bertujuan untuk penambahbaikkan pentadbiran kerajaan.. apa jadi dengan janji2 Pakatan di Selangor?? bagaimana negeri termaju ini boleh ketinggalan dibelakang sabah dan sarawak dari segi pengurusan kewangan??

  8. The Sabah State government, he stressed, will work with the Federal government to carry out identified projects “and we will place emphasis through the 10MP to further improve the livelihood of certain segments of society, such as farmers, fishermen and livestock breeders.
